TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONSUMER USE
+ ONLINE ORDERS
- You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been received.
- All prices, including delivery, include VAT (where applicable) and will be included in your order total.
- Delivery options are available at checkout and estimated delivery time and dates are dependant on the delivery address.
- It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.

+ YOUR RIGHTS TO RETURNS & REFUNDS, ONLINE, OVER THE TELEPHONE OR IN-STORE
- Products may be returned if unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Opened or unsealed goods are not suitable for return, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
- Products purchased online via our webshop can be returned to Pattingham Vineyard, Great Moor Road, Pattingham, South Staffordshire, WV6 7AT.
- Products purchased at our Pattingham Vineyard Cellar Door can be returned in-person to Pattingham Vineyard, Great Moor Road, pattingham, South Staffordshire, WV7 7AT
- You (the consumer) agree to cover the costs of the return.
- Pattingham Vineyard. will pay the costs of return:
- If the products are faulty or mis-described
- If we have told you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong. In all other circumstances you must pay the costs of return.
- Please include a copy of your order confirmation or the following details inside your returns parcel: Order number, name, contact info & reason for return.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back to us. Once the items have been checked for resale, we will reimburse the consumer the cost of the goods, including standard delivery costs if applicable.
+ DEDUCTIONS FROM REFUNDS. IF YOU ARE EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND:
- We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
- The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 2 – 5 working days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered next working day or Saturday delivery at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
+ YOUR RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL ORDERS
- It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
- Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most products bought online or over the telephone you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.
- If your order has already been dispatched, we will require you to return the goods, unopened and in their original packing to Pattingham Vienyard, Great Moor Road, Pattingham, South Staffordshire, WV6 7AT
- You must include your order confirmation letter or order details inside your return. Please include your order number, name, contact details and reason for return inside the parcel.
- Return shipping charges will be covered by the consumer. See section ‘your rights to returns & refunds’.

- Process your payment for the products
